NAT IP Address Pricing Structure

Usage fees are incurred when NAT IP addresses are added using the OCX Portal. This page explains how NAT IP address usage fees are triggered and how to confirm them.

NAT IP Address Fees and Start of Billing​

There are Initial Fees, which are billed only once after the addition, and Monthly Fees, which are billed every month.

Initial Fees​

This is a one-time charge incurred after the addition (purchase) of a NAT IP address. Billing and payment will occur in the month following the month that includes the billing start date.

Monthly Fees​

The billing start date is the day our company accepts the addition (purchase) of the NAT IP address. The billing amount for the first month is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the start date until the end of that month. Pro-rata calculations are performed based on the actual number of calendar days in the month containing the billing start date.

  • All time references are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • The amounts listed above are exclusive of tax.
  • These amounts apply to customers who have entered into a contract with BBIX, Inc..

Termination of Billing for NAT IP Address​

The billing end date for the NAT IP address usage fee is the date on which the decommissioning of the NAT IP address is completed (the point at which the resource disappears from the list on the OCX Portal). If a NAT IP address is decommissioned mid-month, the monthly fee for that month will be calculated pro-rata based on the number of calendar days.

Steps to Verify NAT IP Address Usage Charges​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. To check billing amounts, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
  3. A billing list will be displayed. Click on the billing year and month you wish to review in detail.
  4. The resources used during that month will be listed. Check the line items where the resource type is Additional NAT IP Address (Internet Gateway).

Note: Billing amounts listed on the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to your official invoice for the final billing amount.
