Decommissioning (Deletion) of BGP Parameter

This page explains how to decommission (delete) a BGP Parameter using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before decommissioning (deleting) a BGP Parameter:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The status of the target Internet Gateway resource is either available or attached.

Procedure for Decommissioning (Deletion) of a BGP Parameter

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.

  2. Click [Internet Gateways] from the left navigation bar.

  3. From the Internet Gateways page, click the target Internet Gateway resource.

  4. A detail screen will appear at the bottom of the page. Switch to the [BGP Parameters] tab.

  5. Once the BGP Parameter list is displayed, click the Delete icon in the Actions column on the right side of the item you wish to decommission (delete).

  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the ID and click the [Delete] button.

    • To cancel the operation, click [Cancel].
  7. Confirm that the corresponding BGP Parameter has been removed from the BGP Parameters list.

    • The status of the Internet Gateway resource will change to updating, and the targeted BGP Parameter will be labeled as "Deleting." It may take some time for the deletion to complete; please wait.
    • You can refresh the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.

This completes the decommissioning (deletion) of the BGP Parameter.

Notes

  • Decommissioned (deleted) BGP Parameters cannot be restored.
