Shipping SIM Pack

This page explains how to request the shipping of a SIM Pack using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before requesting SIM Pack shipping:

  • Your User Role is either admin or user.

Remarks

  • Shipping addresses are registered at the time the shipping request is submitted and can be reused for future shipments.

Procedure for Shipping a SIM Pack

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, click [SIM Packs] under [OCX Mobile Access].
  4. Once the [SIM Packs] page is displayed, click the Ship icon in the Actions column on the right side of the SIM Pack row you wish to ship.
  5. Select or enter the following items, then click the [Submit] button.
    • [Use Past Shipping Address]
      • To use a previous shipping address, select the address name from the drop-down menu.
    • [Shipping Address Name]
      • A management name used when registering the shipping address entry.
    • [Company Name]
      • The name of the recipient company. (Required)
    • [Company Name (Kana)]
      • The phonetic reading (Furigana) of the company name in Katakana. (Optional)
    • [Department Name]
      • The department name of the recipient. (Required)
    • [Contact Person Name]
      • The name of the person in charge of receiving at the destination. (Required)
    • [Phone Number]
      • The phone number of the person in charge of receiving. (Required)
    • [Postal Code]
      • The postal code of the shipping destination. (Required)
      • After entering, click the [Reflect Address] button to auto-fill the address.
    • [Prefecture]
      • The prefecture of the shipping address. (Required)
    • [City/Town/Village]
      • The city, town, or village of the shipping address. (Required)
    • [Address]
      • The town, district, and block/house number of the shipping address. (Required)
    • [Building Name]
      • The building name and room number of the shipping address. (Optional)
  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Please review the details and the shipping fee.
  7. If there are no issues, review the important notes, check the [Confirmed] checkbox, and click [Submit].
  8. Verify that the status of the SIM Pack has changed to preparing.
    Note: You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.

This completes the SIM Pack shipping request.

Notes

  • Cancellation of a shipping request or modification of the shipping address is not possible once submitted.
  • Shipping fees apply to SIM Pack shipments. Additionally, monthly SIM usage fees will be incurred after shipping. For details, please refer to the SIM Pricing Structure.
  • The tracking number will be displayed in the SIM Pack detail screen (Information icon) after 9:00 AM on the day following the shipment. Please use this number to check the delivery status.
  • Information for the shipped SIMs will appear on the SIMs page after 9:00 AM on the day following the shipment, at which point they will become manageable.
