Issuing SIM Pack

This page explains how to issue eSIM SIMs in a SIM Pack using the OCX Portal.

Preparation​

Please confirm the following before issuing a SIM Pack:

  • Your User Role is either admin or user.

Procedure for Issuing SIM Pack​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, click [SIM Packs] under [OCX Mobile Access].
  4. On the SIM Packs page, click the Register icon in the Actions column on the right side of the SIM Pack you want to issue.
  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details.
  6. If there are no issues, review the notes, check [Confirmed.], and click [Issue].
  7. Confirm that the status of the issued SIM Pack becomes available. You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.

Notes​

  • Issuance cannot be canceled.
  • After issuance is completed, SIM information will be displayed and can be operated. For SIM operation details, please refer to the SIM pages.
