Purchasing SIM Pack

This page explains how to purchase a SIM Pack resource using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before purchasing a SIM Pack resource:

• Your User Role is either admin or user.

Procedure for Purchasing a SIM Pack

1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, select [SIM Packs] under [OCX Mobile Access].
4. On the SIM Packs page, click the [Purchase] button in the upper right corner.
5. The screen will switch to the SIM Pack resource purchase steps. Configure the following items and click [Purchase].
   • SIM Type
     • Select the type of SIM you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu.
   • Quantity
     • Enter the number of SIMs you wish to purchase using half-width numbers.
     • If you purchase more than 1,000 SIMs, they will be shipped in units of 1,000. Therefore, the resource will be split into units of 1,000 after purchase. To cancel the operation, click the [Cancel] button.
6. A purchase confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details and the amount, then click the [Purchase] button.
7. Confirm that the created resource appears in the list with the status ordered. If the quantity exceeds 1,000, the resource will be split into units of 1,000, and multiple resources will be created.
   You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.

This completes the purchase of the SIM Pack resource.

Notes

• If you perform a cancellation within 72 hours of purchase, the SIM Pack purchase will be canceled and no charges will be incurred. For details on the cancellation process, please refer to SIM Pack Cancellation.
