SIM and SIM Pack Pricing Structure
Usage fees are incurred when purchasing and shipping SIM Packs via the OCX Portal.
This page explains the generation of usage fees for SIMs and SIM Packs and how to verify them.

SIM/SIM Pack Fees and Start of Billing
There are [Initial Fees], which are one-time charges billed after the purchase and shipment of a SIM Pack, and [Monthly Fees], which are billed every month.
Initial Fees
These are billed and paid in the month following the month containing the billing start date.
SIM Initial Fee
This is a one-time charge incurred after purchasing a SIM Pack.
The billing start date is the earlier of either: the 3rd day counting from the day after the SIM Pack purchase date, or the day the shipment request was made.
Initial fees are waived for SIMs provided as a benefit with a Data Pack annual contract.

SIM Shipping Fee
SIMs are shipped in units of one SIM Pack (1,000 SIMs).
This is a one-time charge incurred after shipment.

SIM Monthly Fee
The SIM service start date is defined as the 4th day counting from the day after the SIM Pack was shipped. Billing begins from the month containing this service start date.
If SIM usage begins in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for the month containing the billing start date will not be pro-rated.

Termination of Billing for SIM
The billing end date for SIM usage fees is the day the decommissioning of the SIM is completed (the point at which the resource disappears from the list on the OCX Portal).
If a SIM is decommissioned in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for the month containing the billing end date will not be pro-rated.
Steps to Verify SIM/SIM Pack Usage Fees
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- Click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
- A list of bills will be displayed. Click on the billing month/year you wish to check in detail.
- A list of utilized resources for that month will appear. Please check the line items where the resource type is Mobile Access SIM Pack.
Note: The billing amounts shown on the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to the official invoice for the final billed amount.
