Decommissioning (Deletion) of XaaS Connection (Microsoft Azure Peering Service) Resources
This page describes how to delete Microsoft Azure Peering Service resources for XaaS Connections using the OCX Portal.
Preparation
Please check the following before deleting a XaaS Connection resource:
- Your User Role must be either
adminoruser. - The XaaS Connection resource to be deleted must be detached from any VCs, and its status must be
available.
Procedure for Decommissioning (Deleting) an XaaS Connection Resource

Log in to the OCX Portal.

Click [XaaS Connections] from the left navigation bar.

When the [XaaS Connections] list page appears, click the
Delete iconin the Action column on the right side of the item you want to delete. -
A deletion confirmation popup will appear. Enter the name and click the [Delete] button.
- Click [Cancel] to cancel the operation.
- All NAT IP addresses and BGP Parameters associated with the XaaS Connection resource to be deleted will also be deleted.

Verify that the corresponding XaaS Connection resource has been removed from the list.
- If the resource status is deleting, the deletion process is in progress. Please wait for a while until the deletion is complete.
- You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the top right corner.
This completes the XaaS Connection resource deletion process.
Notes
Deleted XaaS Connection resources cannot be restored.
