Updating an XaaS Connection (Cybozu) Resource

This page explains how to update an XaaS Connection (Cybozu) resource using the OCX Portal.

Preparation​

Before updating an XaaS Connection resource, please confirm the following:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The target XaaS Connection resource is in either the available or attached state.

Procedure for Updating a XaaS Connection Resource​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.

  2. From the left navigation bar, click [XaaS Connections].

  3. When the [XaaS Connections] list page is displayed, click the [Update] button for the target XaaS Connection resource.

  4. The settings update screen will be displayed. You can modify the following items.
    After completing the desired changes, click [Update].

    • Name

      • Enter any name. Using an easily identifiable name is recommended for easier management.
      • The maximum length is 40 characters.
      • Leading and trailing spaces in the resource name are automatically trimmed.

    • Speed (Bandwidth)

      • Select either 2 Gbps or 3 Gbps.
        (As of June 2025, 2 Gbps and 3 Gbps bandwidth options are supported.)
        • 2 Gbps and 3 Gbps cannot be changed to 1 Gbps.
        • If Osaka was selected as the NAT location at creation, the speed cannot be changed.

    • IPv4 Gateway Address

      • Enter the IPv4 address used as the gateway for the XaaS connection in CIDR format (IPv4/mask).
        (Example: 192.168.0.1/24)
        • If a BGP Parameter is configured, the IPv4 gateway address cannot be changed.

    • Local ASN

      • Enter the AS number to be used for the XaaS Connection. Four-byte ASNs are supported, and the connection operates as eBGP.

  5. An update confirmation pop-up will appear. If the content is correct, click [Update].
    To cancel the operation, click [Cancel].

  6. The details screen will be displayed. Confirm that the updated settings are reflected.

    • If the resource status is updating, the update process is in progress.
    • When the update process completes successfully, the status will change to available or attached.
    • You can refresh the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper-right corner.

This completes the update of the XaaS Connection resource.
