Updating Access Line powered by MDA

After applying for an Access Line powered by MDA, you can change the name and contact person information. This page explains how to change the settings for Access Line powered by MDA.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before changing the settings for an Access Line powered by MDA:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.

Procedure for Updating Access Line powered by MDA

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.

  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.

  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, select Access Line powered by MDA.

  4. When the Access Lines list page is displayed, click [Edit] under the corresponding Access Line powered by MDA resource.

  5. The screen will switch to the registration information input screen. Fill in the following items and click [Edit]. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

    • Access Line

      • Name
        • Enter any name. Especially if you have multiple Access Lines, entering a name that is easily identifiable will make management easier.
        • Any leading or trailing whitespace in the resource name will be automatically removed.
    • Contact Information *The construction company may contact you during line installation. If the contact information for this purpose differs from your organization information, check "Enter contact information different from organization information" and fill in the items below.

      • Name
        • Enter the name of the person in charge.
      • Phone Number
        • Enter the contact phone number.
      • Email Address
        • Enter the contact email address.
  6. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Review the contents and click [Edit].
