Canceling and Decommissioning (Deleting) Access Line powered by MDA
This page explains how to cancel or terminate (decommission) an Access Line powered by MDA using the OCX Portal.
Before the Access Line powered by MDA is activated (status on the portal is ordered), the Application Cancellation button is displayed. After activation (status on the portal is available), the Termination button is displayed.
Preparation
Please confirm the following before canceling or terminating (decommissioning) an Access Line powered by MDA:
- Your User Role is either
adminoruser.
Procedure for Decommissioning (Deleting) Access Line powered by MDA
*The procedures for application cancellation and termination are explained below.
Application Cancellation
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
- When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, select Access Line powered by MDA.
- When the Access Lines list page is displayed, click [Cancel Application] under the corresponding Access Line powered by MDA contract.
- On the confirmation screen, enter the name of the resource in the input field and click [Cancel Application]. A second confirmation message will appear; if there are no issues, click [Cancel Application] again.
- Verify that you have returned to the Access Lines list page and the corresponding resource has been deleted.
This completes the [Application Cancellation] for Access Line powered by MDA.
Termination (Decommissioning)
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
- When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, select Access Line powered by MDA.
- When the Access Lines list page is displayed, click [Terminate] under the corresponding Access Line powered by MDA contract
