Pricing Structure for Access Line powered by MDA

Fees are incurred based on the use of Access Line powered by MDA. This page explains the occurrence of fees and how to check them for Access Line powered by MDA.

Fees and Billing Start Date for Access Line powered by MDA

There are 【Initial Fees】 billed only once after the contract for Access Line powered by MDA is established, and 【Monthly Fees】 billed for each month of use.

Initial Fees

This is billed only once after the contract for Access Line powered by MDA is established. You will be billed/charged in the month following the month in which the billing start date falls.

Monthly Fees

The billing start date is calculated as the earlier of: the 90th day counting from the day after the contract establishment date of the Access Line powered by MDA, or the day our company confirms the link-up of the corresponding Physical Port within the MDA Otemachi Data Center. Furthermore, the monthly fee for the month in which the billing start date falls shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the number of calendar days.

  • All time references are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • The amounts listed do not include tax.
  • The amounts listed are for customers who have entered into a contract with BBIX, Inc.

Termination of Billing for Access Line powered by MDA

The billing end date for Access Line powered by MDA is the last day of the month following the month in which the cancellation request was made and confirmed by our company. Additionally, once the cancellation date has passed, the item will disappear from the list on the portal.

Important: Responsibility for Costs upon Cancellation/Termination

  • Access Line powered by MDA has a minimum service period from the billing start date until the last day of the 12th month, where the month following the month of the billing start date is counted as the 1st month. If canceled within the minimum service period, the remaining monthly fees for the number of months until the end of the minimum service period must be paid in a lump sum as a contract termination fee.
  • The usage contract can be canceled only after the contract is established and before the billing start date. However, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred for construction and line fees up until the cancellation notice.
  • Regarding the payment of costs at the time of cancellation, OCX Support (support@ocx-cloud.net) will contact you via email after the cancellation request has been accepted.

Steps to Verify Access Line powered by MDA Usage Charges

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. For billing amounts, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
  3. A list of bills will be displayed; click on the billing month/year for which you want to check details.
  4. A list of utilized resources for that month will be displayed; please check the line item where the resource type is Access Line (MDA).
