Termination (Deletion) of Data Pack

This page explains how to decommission (delete) a Data Pack using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before decommissioning (deleting) a Data Pack:

  • Your User Role is either admin or user.

Procedure for Decommissioning (Deleting) a Data Pack

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, click [Data Packs] under [OCX Mobile Access].
  4. Once the Data Packs page is displayed, click the Delete icon in the Actions column on the right side of the resource you wish to decommission (delete).
  5. A deletion confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details and click the [Delete] button.
    To cancel the operation, click the [Cancel] button.
  6. Click the Information icon in the Actions column of the relevant Data Pack and confirm that the decommissioning (deletion) date is displayed in the Termination Date field of the Data Pack details.
    Note: The relevant Data Pack will remain visible in the list until the end of the month in which it was decommissioned (deleted).

This completes the decommissioning (deletion) of the Data Pack.

Notes

  • Decommissioned (deleted) Data Packs cannot be restored.
  • Additional Data Packs cannot be decommissioned (deleted).
