Deleting a User
You can delete Users within the OCX Portal.
This page explains the procedure for deleting a user account.
Preparation
- An OCX Portal account must already be configured.
- Your own User Role must be either
adminoruser.
User Deletion Procedure
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- From the left navigation bar, click [Settings] > [Users].
- On the Users list page, click the
Delete iconlocated in the Actions column on the far right. - A deletion confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the Email Address of the target user and click [Delete] to complete the removal.
Note: To cancel the operation, click [Cancel]. - Confirm that the relevant user has been removed from the list.
This completes the User deletion process.
