Canceling Traffic Report Plus

This page explains the procedure for canceling Traffic Report Plus.

After cancellation, only the free version of the Traffic Report features (displaying data for 2, 7, and 30-day periods) will be available.

Items to Confirm Before Cancellation​

  • Upon cancellation, additional features (365-day graph display, custom period selection, and CSV download) will no longer be available.
  • You can continue to use the free version of the Traffic Report features even after cancellation.

Procedure for Canceling Traffic Report Plus​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Settings] > [Traffic Reports] from the left navigation bar.
  3. Click the [Cancel] button at the top of the Traffic Report list page.
  4. A cancellation confirmation screen will appear. Please review the details.
  5. After reviewing the content, click the [Cancel Subscription] button.
  6. Once the cancellation is complete, you will return to the Traffic Report list page, and the additional features will be disabled.

This completes the cancellation process for Traffic Report Plus.
