Traffic Report Pricing Structure

Usage fees are incurred when you purchase Traffic Report Plus (Paid Version) via the OCX Portal.

This page explains the generation of usage fees for Traffic Report Plus and how to verify them.

About Traffic Report (Free Version)​

Basic Traffic Report functions are available free of charge.

  • Viewable Period: 2 days, 7 days, and 30 days.
  • Target Resources: Physical Port, LAG Port, and VCI.

Traffic Report Plus (Paid Version) Fees and Billing Start Date​

When you purchase Traffic Report Plus, a [Monthly Fee] will be incurred. There are no initial fees.

Initial Fee​

There is no initial fee for Traffic Report Plus.

Monthly Fee​

The billing start date is the day your purchase of Traffic Report Plus is accepted by BBIX. The billed amount for the first month is calculated pro-rata from the billing start date until the last day of that month. Pro-rata calculations are based on the actual number of calendar days in the month containing the billing start date.

  • All time references are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • All listed prices exclude tax.
  • The prices listed apply to customers who have entered into a contract with BBIX, Inc.
  • Traffic Report Plus is contracted at the organization level.

Traffic Report Plus provides enhanced features such as a 365-day graph display, a custom period selection tool, and CSV data download capabilities.

Termination of Billing for Traffic Report Plus​

The billing end date for Traffic Report Plus is the day the cancellation of the service is completed. If Traffic Report Plus is canceled in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for that month will be calculated pro-rata based on the calendar days of that month.

Steps to Verify Traffic Report Plus Usage Fees​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. To check the billing amount, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
  3. A list of bills will be displayed. Click on the billing month/year you wish to check in detail.
  4. A list of utilized resources for that month will appear. Please check the line items where the resource type is Traffic Report Plus.

Note: The billing amounts shown on the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to the official invoice for the final billed amount.
