Updating a Connected Line

This page explains how to change the On-Premises Network Address of a connected line using the OCX Portal.

Preparation​

Please confirm the following before updating a connected line:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The status of the target Tunnel Gateway is either available or attached.

Procedure for Updating a Connected Line​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Tunnel Gateways] from the left navigation bar.
  3. On the Tunnel Gateways page, click the relevant Tunnel Gateway resource.
  4. Once the connected lines list is displayed, click the Edit icon in the Actions column on the right side of the relevant line.
  5. The screen will switch to the configuration update step. Only the On-Premises Network Address can be modified. Enter the new address and click [Update].
    • On-Premises Network Address
      • Specify your on-premises network address.
      • Use the CIDR (IPv4/mask) format.
      • The "On-Premises Network Address" refers to the local network connected to the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment).
      • This address must be unique and cannot overlap with other network addresses on the same Tunnel Gateway.
  6. A settings update confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details and click [Update].
  7. The Connected Lines list will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, and the changes will be reflected in the relevant line entry.

This completes the procedure for updating a connected line.
